As long as students will benefit from learning how schoolwork is used in real life, and as long as employers will benefit from students graduating with the knowledge and skills they need, the Knowledge Pledge will be necessary. Our hope is that the Knowledge Pledge will inspire a new social norm of successful people and organizations routinely giving feedback to educators and students.
